💫 Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your She & Co experience. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

🕐 Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, beauty, skincare, and personal items cannot be returned once opened.

To start a return, please email using the form above with your order number and photos of the product (if applicable).

💰 Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery — we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened beauty or self-care products
  • Customized or perishable goods

📦 Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, your order will have been sent to our fulfillment partner and can no longer be cancelled.

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different product, please return your item and place a new order.
